Terms Of Service
! BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU AGREE THAT YOU ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER !
- Anyone breaking the TOS will be blacklisted -
General Terms
◇ I reserve the right to decline any commission.
◇ I do not work on a first-come first-served basis. Commission inquiries will be selected and approved based on personal interest on the subject/prompt/character(s) and my criteria may (and will) shift over time.
◇ It may take from 2 week to 3 months to complete, depending on factors like health, work or college issues.
◇ Client will be notified if an issue arises.
◇ If forms are incorrectly filled, missing information or sent outside of the commission opening time frame, they will be rejected automatically.
◇ Please let me know beforehand if you have any deadlines, it may have to be added to a rush fee dependent on date.
◇ I will provide a WIP for sketch and base color stages if requested.
◇I can only fix up the sketch up to 3 times, but no major changes will be allowed once the rough sketch has been approved
Payment
◇ Payments will be made only through Paypal in USD.
◇ Full payment is required before starting the commission.
◇ Payment should be made within 48 hours after the payment info email has been sent; if deadline is not met, commission will be consider cancelled.
◇ I reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time. If I decide to cancel your commission, you will receive a full refund, regardless of the progress stage.
◇ If you need to cancel your commission, you’ll get a full refund if the commission has NOT been started. Client will receive a partial refund depends on the progress stage has been made.
No refund will be given back once the artwork is complete.
Conditions◇ You CANNOT commission character you didn't own or without consent of the owner.
◇ DO NOT use any of the commission or artworks for NFT, AI art nor AI generation.
◇ No glorification of terrorism, hate speech and violent extremism towards any specific person, group or brand, especially communities of minorities.
◇ No sexualized depiction of minors or underage characters (under 18).
◇ Commercial use must be disclosed beforehand.

Rights and usage◇ The Artist holds the full rights to the work, which means the artist is able to:
- Publishing the artwork on any platform.
- Use the artwork as sample or portfolio.
- If you want your commission to remain private, please let me know beforehand, but this will also incur additional fees.◇ The Client holds the rights of the character and it’s design and the client is allowed to:
- Crop or edit the artwork for use of icons, banners etc. as long as the original artwork is not edited.
- Post the artwork on social media.
- Credit must be provided.◇ Commissioned art is NOT allowed to be:
・Used in AI art nor AI generation.
・Claiming the creation was done by yourself or others.
・Removing the watermarks without permissions.
Any and all work for VTubers/streamers/YouTubers pertaining to their entertainment persona will automatically incur a commercial fee.
Commercial use is defined as but not limited to:
・Stream/Video Assets or Thumbnails
・Info graphic (e.g.Stream schedules)
・Merchandise and Prints
・Self promotion
・Anything you intend to use for generate revenue or to push your brand
・Ask for info if you’re not sure
You may purchase commercial rights from the artist (starting at 100% of base price). Price may vary depending on the intended use.
Prices
◇ Chibi : 30$ ◇
◇ Half body :35$ ◇
◇ Full body : 50$ ◇
Additional character is +60% of the original price.
If a character is more detailed, it will be another 5-10$ depending on the overall complexity.
Generally the art will have a simple BG, but if the commissioner would like something some specific/detailed its negotiable.

No heavy fetish works such as scat, vomit play, beastiality, etc-
